Once downloaded, uncompress the file using WinRar, zip, or 7z. You'll get an executable file named 360ConverterTranscriberSetup.exe. Double-click to start and follow the prompts. Simply click 'next' throughout the installation except for Windows VC runtime, for which you should click 'agree' and install.

Double-click the 360ConverterOfflineTranscriber.dmg file, then drag the application to your Applications folder to complete installation.
