Upon successful completion of payment, we initiate the order processing and license code preparation procedure. Within 48 hours, we will generate the license code and deliver it to you via the email address associated with your Paypal or Stripe account.
If, for any reason, you have not received the license code within the stipulated timeframe or prefer to receive it using an alternative email address, kindly contact us via email at webmaster@360converter.com. When reaching out to us, please include the Paypal or Stripe receipt, or provide the Order Confirmation details for reference.

Licensing
As per the license agreement, each copy of the license is valid for use on a single computer. It is strictly prohibited to duplicate or use the license on multiple computers simultaneously.
We want to emphasize that any instances of duplicated license usage will be detected and considered a violation of the license agreement. In such cases, the license will be immediately revoked without any prior notification.
To ensure compliance and fair usage, we kindly request that you adhere to the terms outlined in the license agreement. Should you require additional licenses for multiple computers, please reach out to our support team who will be happy to assist you in obtaining the necessary licenses.
License Renew
Please note that the license you have purchased from us is not set to auto-renew. This means that once your license period expires, 360Converter will not automatically charge you for the next period (e.g., 1 or 2 years). Instead, 360Converter Offline Transcriber will remind you that your license has expired.
It is your responsibility to manually renew your license if you wish to continue using our services beyond the expiration date. We believe in providing transparency and giving you full control over your licensing arrangements.Should you have any questions or require assistance with renewing your license, our dedicated support team is always available to help.
