Accuracy varies by language, but our core languages (English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Russian) have comparable accuracy rates of 90-95% for clear audio. Other languages typically have accuracy rates of 85-93%. For best results, use high-quality audio with minimal background noise and clear speech.

Currently, the software processes one language at a time. For multilingual content, you'll need to process the file once for each language, selecting the appropriate sections. Professional and Enterprise licenses include access to our advanced multilingual detection feature that can automatically identify language switches in a single recording.

Simply go to the transcription settings before processing your file and select your desired language from the dropdown menu. All installed languages will appear in this list. You can also set a default language in the software preferences.

Yes, our language models are trained on diverse accents and regional variations. For major languages like English, Spanish, French, and Chinese, you can specifically select regional dialects (e.g., American English, British English, Australian English) for improved accuracy with specific accents.

Language pack sizes range from 200MB to 1GB depending on the complexity of the language. Download times depend on your internet connection, but typically take between 5-20 minutes on a standard broadband connection. The software will show download progress and estimated time remaining.

Language packs are tied to your license, not a specific computer. If you install 360Converter on a new computer and activate it with your license key, you can download your purchased language packs again without additional cost. You cannot directly transfer the files between computers.
